From a very young age, I fell in love with music and movement. I grew up immersed in rhythm, dance, and gymnastics, which later led me to discover the transformative power of mindful training. Over the years, I’ve explored the body through multiple disciplines—from the artistic expression of dance to the profound connection between physical activity, mindset, and long-term health.
Today, I run The Loft Ibiza, my Pilates studio in Ibiza, where highly qualified instructors teach a unique method I created specifically for this space. The Loft Ibiza has also become the first internationally recognized training school in the Balearic Islands, where I design and lead Pilates teacher training programs, and specialized workshops.
