My training system is based on the combination of strength-metabolic training and the Pilates method. The goal is to achieve a strong and flexible body, which in addition to plasing us aesthetically makes us feel more energized and capable. This will in turn translate into a clearer , more relaxed and positive mind. It will make us live longer and better. It will be one of the best investements you can make in yourself.
