Training with Pilar transformed not just my understanding of Pilates, but my entire approach to movement. I’ve completed my Matwork course with Pilar and I have been very lucky to have her as my instructor trainer. I have enjoyed every second of this intensive week and Pilar is definitively one of the reasons.
