This immersive weekend experience brings together three curated Pilates Reformer masterclasses, offered over three consecutive days at The Loft Ibiza.
Designed as a focused and inspiring immersion, the weekend takes place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with one masterclass each day from 4 pm to 7 pm, allowing time, space and continuity to fully explore each theme.
This experience is not an official or externally recognised training or certification.
All masterclasses are exclusively designed and endorsed by The Loft Ibiza, and participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance issued by The Loft Ibiza upon completion of the full weekend.
The format is intentionally small and intimate, with very limited places available, to preserve the quality of movement, observation and personal experience.
While The Loft Ibiza is not an accommodation provider, we are happy to share a curated list of recommended places to stay that are comfortable, easily accessible to The Loft Ibiza, and aligned with our quality standards.
As part of the immersive weekend experience, all participants will be invited to join a private community, created to stay connected beyond the weekend, share insights, resources and future opportunities.
This community also offers the possibility to continue learning and practicing after the immersive weekend, with options to explore any of the three pillars in greater depth — Fascial Work, Ballet on the Reformer, or Strength Work— as well as access to online learning and practice opportunities in the future.
Fascial Work on the Reformer
An immersive masterclass designed to explore and experience fascial work on the Reformer.
Ballet on the Reformer
An immersive masterclass exploring how a dancer would work on the Reformer to refine movement quality.
Strength Work on the Reformer
This immersive masterclass is dedicated to exploring how to develop strength on the Reformer using fundamental movement patterns.
An immersive masterclass exploring how a dancer would work on the Reformer to refine movement quality, enhance technique and deepen body awareness.
Inspired by classical ballet, this session blends traditional Pilates exercises with iconic dance movements, all guided by music. The Reformer becomes a moving stage — a space where strength, control and fluidity meet, allowing movement to unfold with elegance, precision and continuity.
Classical ballet principles such as internal strength, stability, mobility, lightness and musicality are translated onto the Reformer, developing deep core strength, refined leg work, articulated feet and graceful upper-body coordination, while maintaining freedom and expression in movement.
You will explore:
Ballet principles applied to Reformer work
Musicality, flow and movement quality
Strength with lightness and control
Seamless transitions and spatial awareness
Structure of the masterclass:
Short theoretical introduction to functional movement patterns
Practical Reformer session guided by music
Guided observation component

Limited capacity: Small group experience
This masterclass focuses on creating seamless flows on the Reformer, allowing one movement to organically lead into the next. You will learn how to work with elasticity, connection, and continuity, developing a dee how fascial trainingcan transform both movement quality and body awareness.
Through long, continuous movements, fluid transitions and intelligent use of the Reformer springs, this session invites you into the fascinating world of fascia. Movement flows seamlessly from one exercise into the next, allowing elasticity, connection and continuity to emerge naturally.
Fascial training on the Reformer enhances movement quality, body awareness and efficiency, offering a deeper understanding of how the body organizes itself through space.
You will explore:
• The concept of fascial work on the Reformer
• Fluid movement sequences and flows
• How to use the springs to enhance length, rebound, and continuity
The masterclass is structured into:
• A short theoretical introduction
• A practical session
• A guided observation component Masterclass details:

We will focus on the basic patterns through which the body moves — push, pull, squat, lunge, hinge, and rotation — and explore how to train them intelligently on the Reformer. The emphasis will be on understanding how to apply resistance and accumulate volume of work for specific muscles and muscle groups, in order to build strength.
Using the Reformer as a strength–training tool, we will work with the springs to create progressive resistance, challenge stability, and increase muscular demand. Exercises will be organised to allow muscles to stay under tension for longer periods of time, encouraging fatigue, adaptation, and strength development, while maintaining control, precision, and flow.
Inspired by Pilates–based exercises, this masterclass blends functional strength training with the intelligence and structure of the Reformer, offering a clear system for working strength by muscle groups through movement patterns rather than isolated exercises.
The masterclass is structured into:
• A short theoretical introduction to strength training concepts, movement
patterns, and volume of work
• A practical session on the Reformer
• A guided observation component to support understanding and integration
This approach allows you to experience how strength, stability, and control can be developed on the Reformer and transferred into everyday movement and physical performance.

Safragell is located in the island’s center, in Sant Llorenç de Balàfia. This rural hotel has carefully redesigned the century-old finca Can Pere de Safragell into a modern-style hotel while preserving the architectural lines of traditional Ibizan country houses and elements such as irrigation dishes, wells and stones walls.
Ca Na Xica is more than a hotel. It’s a state of mind. Connected to nature, in perfect harmony with the surroundings, designed to pamper your body and mind. A place where you can turn a dream into an extraordinary experience. A home from home for unwinding and for enjoying the little and big things in life.
The Can Planells agrotourism awaits among orange trees, avocados and other fruit trees, on a hill that opens onto the extensive plain of Es Pla Roig, in Sant Miquel de Balansat. This family farm, with a long tradition and immersed in the virgin territory of the north of the island, is the best metaphor for the peaceful and luminous life of rural Ibiza.
