Consulting on equipment selection and studio layout for optimal flow and functionality.
Defining the studio’s concept and training identity (methodology, class structure, teaching principles).
Recruitment and evaluation of instructors.
Creation of the class schedule and programming structure.
Development of a Methodology & Class Manual (training book) to standardize the
teaching system.
Creating content for Instagram aligned with the studio’s identity.
Instructor training program to prepare the team for launch.

ONGOING DIRECTION & MENTORSHIP
In-studio session for instructor development and supervision.
Continuous methodology updates and mentoring to ensure high-quality instruction.
Review and adjustment of class programming and teaching approach as needed.
Support in maintaining a cohesive brand identity through teaching and communication.
